Four individuals have been arrested in Fulton County, Indiana, in connection with an investigation into the purchase and distribution of narcotics via the dark web. Tristin Shell, 18, of Rochester, faces multiple charges, including dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, dealing a controlled substance, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.
The following individuals were arrested:
- Tristin Shell, 18, of Rochester, charged with dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, dealing a controlled substance, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia
- April Lockridge, 38, charged with maintaining a common nuisance and possession of a controlled substance
- Lynden Swanson, 50, and Heather Shell, 44, both charged with maintaining a common nuisance
Shell allegedly purchased significant quantities of illegal narcotics through the dark web and distributed them throughout Fulton County. During a search of a Rochester home, officers reportedly recovered approximately 28 grams of suspected methamphetamine, additional controlled substances, including prescription pills, suspected psilocybin mushrooms, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. The investigation is ongoing, and further details are not being released at this time.
